Please note that the home is on a shared aquifer with the community. The water has a sometimes very strong sulfur odor, it can be offputting. It is safe to drink and use however if you are sensitive to this type of thing it may be in your best interest to bring along bottled water for coffee or drinking! We do have a private dock but at this time it does not have access as it’s under construction. If visiting in the winter be sure to use W. Magic Rd. to access the property as it’s maintained by the county snow plows and some of the other back roads are not!
