This place is BEAUTIFUL!! The View, the place itself is just dreamy and best of all Relaxing!! We felt right at home! Messages before booking was delayed or not responded to. But after booking it was very smooth! Everything is close by like 4-7 min driving depending where you are going. The street view we didn’t care for the construction but that didn’t bother us when the whole backyard was breath taking! The flies and little bugs here n there were not cute lol but not a deal breaker, the house is at the edge of a canyon I mean it should be expected (my girls just are scared of little bugs lol). The house is great for families! It had everything we needed to cook and my little one had toys to play with, the booster chair and everything was helpful! The Sauna in the home! Yup you bet I used it! Wish we could have stayed here longer! Will definetely come back! Oh and the seamless easy Checkout instructions! Now THAT was very MUCH appreciate it! Made it simple when checking out at 4am!

Aside from Rosalyn being so kind and exceptional to work with, I have to talk about the property. In-home dry sauna?! Really?! Yes!!! The view from the master bedroom was stunning as we looked out over the Snake River canyon. A very short walk out the back door provides a clear view from the backyard of Pillar Falls. All the pictures are accurate! Having a real soak tub (not jacuzzi) was a necessity for us. The whole house is beautifully appointed - neutral colors, barn doors, warm feeling throughout, comfortable bed, and attention to detail for what guests would need. The home and location are quiet and peaceful. This home is a place where you can choose to relax and have many adventures. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. We are already planning a return trip to the area in the spring and will book this property again! We are grateful to Rosalyn for making our anniversary weekend such a memorable experience.

The location is incredible, we enjoyed views from every room and ate dinner outside with a spectacular view of the sunset over the canyon. Very comfortable, beds were great and even enjoyed a bath in the very large tub. The home was spotless but felt cozy and relaxing with lots of amenities. We are looking forward to staying here again! Thank you!

The home is lovely. Views are incredible. Hosts give an amazing gift upon checkout. Their requests for how to prepare the house for leaving are the best I’ve seen.
