Next to the fantastic 5 acre Orton Botanical Garden, with access to the gardens, as well as a block from Rock Creek Canyon for a nice walk or bike on the 1.5-2 mile loop, and close to all of the other Twin Falls amenities and experiences - shopping, golf, parks and more within 10 minutes. The house has 3 BR/1 BA with a private entrance. Garage/East end of home is an office and bathroom for the Botanical Garden. House has all kitchen appliances plus With washer/dryer, WIFI, and TV (no cable).

Great Location Next to Botanical Gardens - there is a gate from the backyard directly to the gardens - you may access the gardens for free from the back yard Bathroom in East end of home is used for garden guests (separate entry and divided from rest of home) - primarily weekend use, visitors will access through the back yard Home is a little bit older and does have squeaky wood floors - this has been off putting to some guests. Smaller coffee pot Bed toppers recently added for additional comfort

The garage and east of home is separated for future office to the Gardens.(and is currently used for bathroom facilities during hours of operation) Property owners live next door to west and come to the property for yard maintenance and taking garbage cans to the road on garbage day. Airbnb host is Owner's son.
